Texas Homes Rebate was established with the simple goal in mind, save buyers money and make home buying stress free. What exactly do we do? It’s simple. New home builders typically pay agents 3% commission upon the closing of a sale. We take 2% of that commission and rebate that back to you at closing to help you save thousands of dollars. This rebate will go towards your buyer closing costs, prepaid taxes and insurance, HOA Fees, lender fees, and even buying your rate down for an even cheaper payment. Home buying doesn’t have to be out of reach any longer. This program was established to fight back against inflation and allow buyers to feel financially secure when purchasing their next home. New Construction Homes
Texas Homes Rebate works closely with all major new home builders across San Antonio and surrounding suburbs. New home builders typically pay agents a 3% commission on new home sales. Our program aligns perfectly because we rebate 2% of that commission back to you, the buyer. In order to qualify you must contact us first before contacting the builder and seeing the community in person. When you contact us we will give you all you need to know about the community as well schedule the appointment with the New Home Sales Consultant. When we schedule that appointment the Sales Consultant will assign us as your real estate agent. We need that to be established in order for us to get you the rebate. So make sure you contact us first to get the proper documents signed in order to qualify for the rebate!
Pre-Owned Homes
Texas Homes Rebate applies to all home buying, both new and pre-owned. The percentage for pre-owned homes varies upon the seller paying a buyers agent commission. Our services require a 1% commission on all transactions and anything beyond that goes back to you at closing. Most sellers on pre-owned homes are paying reduced commissions to buyers agents and in some cases nothing. If the seller does not pay for buyers agent commission then unfortunately a rebate cannot be applied. We limit buyers to only 5 complimentary showings for pre-owned homes. Since we are taking a massive reduction in commission we have to make sure that our time is used precisely for what you are looking for. Our mission and who we are
Matthew Mayle is a native San Antonian that has been in the real estate industry since 2015 and licensed since 2018. After spending nearly a decade in the real estate business and having sold over 100 homes, Matthew found that home buying has become increasingly difficult. Not only for new home buyers but for experienced home buyers as well. With interest rates and home prices increasing, this has led to many home buyers getting discouraged from buying. In order to fight against these issues Matthew created Texas Homes Rebate. In his spare time Matthew enjoys spending time with his with his wife and dogs, traveling across the globe, watching the San Antonio Spurs, and enjoying the states best Tex-Mex food in San Antonio.
